Welcome to the STAR Chapter 421 website!

Our Chapter has been in existence for 5 years, but the last two have certainly been more active as a Chapter! We are always looking for new members and welcome all our new members over the past years! We are just a group of people getting out and riding!

STAR Touring is very involved in the community and promoting our sport in a very positive and professional way. Currently we are at 18 charter members. We do require all Chapter members to be members of STAR Touring.

We have 10 scheduled chapter rides per year, one per month typically on the second Saturday of the month. The chapter rides are usually kept to 150 +/- miles as it’s harder to do longer rides with a group that is getting bigger. We have a variety of experience levels in the group so we try to keep the Chapter Rides to a manageable level but still fun for everyone.

We also have 10 scheduled “Fun Rides”. These are chapter events, however are typically for the more hardcore, riding up to 450 miles in a day kind of rides.

Feed The Children Truck Distribution

Great News Everyone!
As most of you know we have been working for quite awhile to raise the necessary funds to bring a truck of food and other essential items to our neighboring community through Feed The Children.
With the close of our December fund raiser we exceeded the amount required to order the truck.

We are proud to announce that we have been successful in securing an approved agency in which to run the distribution through and plans have been confirmed by both Feed The Children and the supporting agency, Get Real Ministries located in Baldwin, GA.

So…
On February 25, 2012 we will meet the FTC truck at 8:00 AM at:
Walmart
308 Habersham Hills Circle
Cornelia, GA 30531
The parade will start at 9:00 AM that will take us from our meeting point to the distribution point, located at and arriving at approximately 9:30AM.
Get Real Ministries – Gracepoint

We will then prepare for the distribution which will start at approximately 12:00 noon.

January Fun Ride

Join us for a visit to the North Atlanta Trade Center’s “Great American Motorcycle Show” on Saturday January 28th.
We will also attend a multi-chapter luncheon at a local restaurant.

Our November Chapter Ride was a trip to Ellijay to participate in a Feed The Children Food Truck distribution with our fellow STAR Chapters. Thanks to the Bread-n-Bowl folks who did a great job and fed us all a terrific lunch!

Our Chapter Ride this month has been changed to a ride to the Warren County-Piedmont Scenic Byway. Please plan to meet at Lawrenceville Honda Yamaha at 9am with KSU at 9:30 for a great ride. We will make periodic rest/fuel stops and stop for lunch along the way and enjoy the day! We will also be welcoming our good friend and chapter member Vincent back from Florida!

Hey everyone! Our August fun ride will be a trip up to Cherokee, NC and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We will meet at the Quik Trip at exit 22 off I-985 on Highway 129 near Gainesville at 8:15AM with KSU at 8:30AM. This will be a long day ride so please be prepared! Hope to see everyone there!
